tempered glass heat soak furnace is designed and manufactured according to the European tempered glass safety performance testing standard. The heater is switched on and off using a solid-state relay; the process parameters and program control use computer memory storage and intelligent control, and the temperature adjustment mode is controlled by the self-developed electrical control.
The temperature curve is automatically stored and printed for each furnace test report; a total of 12 sets of frequency conversion circulating fans in the furnace form a hot air forced convection circulation system, and another 4 sets of cooling fans are used to automatically control the cooling rate of the unit;
The heat pipe has corresponding thermocouples to measure the temperature, and the constant temperature controls the temperature in each area. The fixed thermocouples are distributed: 12, and the moving thermocouples on the glass surface in the furnace: 16. They are used to monitor the temperature of the glass surface in different areas, and the computer interface displays it in a timely manner.
