Product Description
100% Kevlar aramid yarn ropes braided for glass tempering machine furnaces. Compatible with TamGlass, Landglass, Northglass, Mountain Glass, and Jinglass tempering furnaces.
Product Introduction
Kevlar® fiber webbing offers exceptional high temperature resistance, withstanding up to 330°C continuously and 560°C momentarily. Its superior tensile strength makes it ideal for high-temperature industrial applications.
These aramid ropes are wrapped on tempering furnace rollers to facilitate safe transportation of heated glass. They prevent thermal shock by insulating the glass from cold metal rollers, eliminating cold explosions and surface scratches.
Applications
Industrial use, protective clothing, high-temperature environments, fire resistance, and wear-resistant applications.
