Customized 10 * 4mm Aramid Fiber Kevlar Cord Ropes Used on TamGlass Landglass Northglass Mountain Glass Jinglass Tempering Furnace. Aramid rope features high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, high pressure resistance, high intensity, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and excellent mechanical properties.
Application
Aramid ropes are wrapped on the rollers of tempering furnaces to facilitate rapid transportation of high-temperature glass. After heating in the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled by the wind grid. The Kevlar roller rope effectively protects the high-temperature glass from contacting low-temperature metal roller tables, preventing cold explosions and scratches.
